The EN1090 certification is a protocol that is often little known even among experts. This is the application of a standard for CE Marking of structural components in steel and aluminum placed on the market as construction products.

Basically, where steel and aluminum are used in structural components, this marking is a legal requirement, although many people still ignore it.

Obtaining this certification means following rigid protocols of production from the raw materials and with particular regard to the welding phases.

The certificate ensures that the end product is suitable to be used as a structure, and then meets all the safety standards for the use of people who come into contact. The certification is granted by a notified Organism, which in our case is the company RINA Services S.p.a., which is able to perform various tests and check the constancy of product performance.

The weldings are certified, high quality and guaranteed durability. To achieve certification, all our technical welders have attended training courses, were based of clear procedures of activity, the project, until the fulfillment of the order, traceability of raw materials, standardized designs, “welding book” keeping. There have been several samples sent to laboratories that have so verified compliance with all regulations.
