Penta Systems is a company that has specialised in processing metal parts since it was founded in 1980. It was set up as an artisan workshop with the goal of becoming a leader on the local market in the manufacture of doors and windows, railings and complex metal parts.

By continuously investing in new technologies, in technical and intellectual resources and in training its staff, the company was able to specialise in processing for the retail sector.

Having been in business for 35 years, we have developed essential skills, carrying out major projects for highly demanding customers. The company combines the tradition of the artisan districts in metal processing with the constant technical updating of our staff. Today, Penta Systems is a young, dynamic and well-organised company that can carry out unique projects in record times, working with its own equipment anywhere on the European market.

Departments and Technology

Technique and Tradition

Technical Department

The Technical Department is at the top of the pyramid of the production cycle. Thanks to the latest 3D technologies, we can offer, even from the preliminary phase, a realistic vision of the final project through our photorealistic rendering created using professional software.

Production

The Production Department is the beating heart of the company. Here, the orders are processed after they have been developed by the Management and Control Department. Production is formed of two major areas. The first is largely automated with numerically controlled machines and laser cutters. The second is more artisan, where manual operations and sophisticated finishes are performed, or where semi-processed parts are assembled so they can then be sent for painting.

Painting

In this department, semi-processed parts are painted depending on the customer’s preferences. We have a conveyor powder coating painting system suitable for large batches, as well as a manual painting system for small quantities, either powder or liquid coating.

Packaging and Shipping

This department prepares the pieces for shipping. Depending on the customer’s requirements, we use various types of packaging and labelling and cataloguing processes. Before it is packed, each piece must pass quality control which is scrupulously carried out by our engineers.
